“Oh my god…” Matt said, grabbing the breasts that now rested on the unfamiliar body he woke up in. He knew something was different the second he sat up to the sunlight streaming through his hotel window, illuminating the manicured hands he was rubbing the tiredness out of his eyes with. He was nearing the last day of his trip to Colombia, a country that had recently gotten a reputation for body thefts. Not kidnappings, but locals literally swapping bodies with rich tourists in order to leave the country for a better life. Clearly, the woman Matt had picked up at the bar last night was one of them, he thought, as he opened the note that had been left on the bedside table.
“Sorry to have to do this to you, but i wanted a life i just can’t get here. I hope one day you’ll understand. -Clara.” The message read.
Rushing into the bathroom to get a look at his new body, a smile slowly formed across his face as he saw the smooth brown skin and gorgeous face smile back at him from the mirror. His plan had worked.
Growing bored of his old life, Matt had withdrawn what cash he had left in his bank account and spent most of it on this trip in the hopes of coming across one of the body thieves he had heard about in the news. It only took a few days of him flashing cash at the bar before someone took him for an easy target, a young woman who came on strong to him at the bar and suggested they head back to his hotel room for the night.
Taking out the woman’s phone which luckily didn’t have a password on it, Matt took a pic of his new self to commemorate the moment. He was Clara now, and he hoped she would get better use out of his body than he did because he had no plans of reporting the swap anytime soon.
