Stuck as his student

“What’s going on?” Ashley asked a girl she vaguely recognized from class, pushing herself to the front of the group to see the note written on the door of the lecture hall.

“Didn’t you hear? Professor Thompson quit a couple days ago. I think he, like, left the country or something. God, i heard his family’s really rich, he’s probably on a yacht or something while we’re stuck studying for exams!” The girl pouted jokingly.

“What? No, you’re joking, right?” Ashley responded, still in disbelief.

“I know, right? I need to study or i’m totally gonna fail even if there’s a sub for the rest of the year!” The girl laughed, turning to walk away. “At least class is canceled today though!”

Ashley froze, trying to process the news in her head. This couldn’t be real. Why had he done that? how long had he been planning to drop everything and leave?

A few days ago, she WAS professor Thompson. Technically still was, at least in spirit. When his TA had came to him with a spell to swap bodies for a few days, he had seen it as an opportunity to get to know his students’ perspective for a while. Now he was starting to piece together the part of her plan she had kept hidden, namely to steal his life and leave him stuck in hers while she spent his money. As he quickly jogged down the hall to Ashley’s dorm, suddenly acutely aware of every movement of her very well endowed body, he could feel his heart rate start to race. With a sinking feeling starting to hit his stomach, Professor Thompson pulled up a chair next to Ashley’s desk and opened up his bank’s website on her phone only to be greeted by an error message as his password failed to log him in. She had beaten him to it. Professor Thompson slowly lowered his phone and looked towards the mirror, reality sinking in for the first time that he’d be restarting his academic career from the beginning, only this time as a female grad student!
