OBSERVATION NOTES: SUBJECT 12

PHASE I, DAY 1

Subject is Male, 6’1, 190 lbs. 20 years old. Collected walking home alone from late class at college campus five hours earlier. Showing signs of moderate distress as sedatives wear off. Formula has been injected while unconscious without event. Beginning observation for stage one.

DAY 5

Subject still displays heightened levels of hostility, threatens staff with physical aggression upon most interactions. Formula is progressing as expected, with approximately 10% reduction in body mass and 3 inch reduction in height. Subject has noticed decrease in muscle mass but attributes cause to diet and a lack of exercise. Dosage increased for stage two.

DAY 15

Subject is noticeably more docile upon interaction, has had positive interactions with both male and female staff members. Physical changes have increased in pace, including moderate facial feminization and initial stages of breast growth. Subject’s height and weight have stabilized at 5’5 and 150lbs, this is believed to be the subject’s new baseline. Subject seems to be concerned with the ongoing changes to his body, but accepts staff justifications with moderate resistance

DAY 30

Past days characterized by heightened breast growth and complete feminization throughout the body. Physical attractiveness has exceeded expectations and closely matches client preferences. Subject’s genitalia have converted completely to female baseline, and estrogen and female hormone production has elevated to levels within desired range. Treatment has been halted as current levels support permanent, self-continuing physical feminization. Focus to be shifted towards psychological training in preparation for phase II.

DAY 45

Subject showing clear sexual preference for male staff members, has taken willingly to attraction reorientation, and is significantly more compliant and eager to please than previous subjects. Accepts personality adjustments in alignment with client requests and uses provided name and personal history willingly, with no mention of their past identity. Subject has successfully passed all baseline tests and is approved for immediate introduction to Phase II for lifestyle acclimation and delivery to client.

END OBSERVATION

RESEARCHER’S NOTES: This is the most successful version of the formula so far. I’m actually jealous of whatever lucky bastard ends up paired up with her. Earlier trials succeeded in physical transformation and feminization but left subjects’ minds unaltered. Later trials succeeded in both physical and mental feminization, but resulted in low intelligence, forgetfulness, and hypersexuality. Still viable for clients who request a “bimbo” or have little requirements besides physical, but I believe the current iteration of the formula provides an ideal base to create long-term partners for high value clients: A personalized trophy wife, if you will. Formula is approved for expanded use, and further subjects will be collected immediately for conversion and refinement.
